Make an Advocacy Appointment for BookExpo 2019 [4]

Booksellers attending this month’s BookExpo [6] in New York City are invited to schedule a time to talk at the show with David Grogan, the American Booksellers Association’s director of ABFE, advocacy, and public policy, about any advocacy issues of concern — whether it’s free speech, healthcare, swipe fees, minimum wage, access to capital, or other public policy issues impacting their business.

Appointments for the meetings will take place in the ABA Member Lounge, located in Booth 2962, in the UnBound section of the trade show floor. To make an appointment, send an e-mail indicating your preferred meeting date and time to Grogan [7]by noon ET on Friday, May 24.

BookExpo 2019 will take place from Wednesday, May 29, to Friday, May 31, at the Jacob Javits Convention Center in New York City. ABA bookstore members can register for free badges to BookExpo here [8]Learn more about ABA programming at BookExpo [9].
