As the number of online orders continues to grow for indie booksellers, the American Booksellers Association and the IndieCommerce team are looking for insight into how bookstores ship online orders [5] to customers.

An eight-question survey, which takes just a moment to complete, is available on SurveyMonkey [5]. The survey looks at shipping providers, packaging materials, and shipping software.

All ABA member booksellers are encouraged to participate in the survey. The anonymous responses will be compiled and shared in a future issue of the IndieCommunication newsletter.
