This week, Scholastic announced the launch of a program aimed at supporting new independent bookstores.

Through the program, new bookstores or new branch locations are eligible for additional discounts and dating on their initial order.

To be eligible, stores must have accounts in good standing with Scholastic and orders must not exceed $10,000. The program is only available to bookstores in the U.S. and cannot be combined with other offers.
