Palabras Bilingual Bookstore [9] in Phoenix, Arizona, is celebrating its four-year anniversary [10] this month. 

One of Books Inc. [11]’s San Francisco, California, locations has reopened following recent remodeling.

Bookmarks [12] in Winston-Salem, North Carolina, received national recognition in “Book Build: Fostering Connections by Building Collections” by the American Association of School Librarians (AASL).

Half Price Books [13] has been named the exclusive retailer of the 35th Anniversary Edition of Mary Kay on People Management.

Children’s book author/illustrator Carson Ellis is working with Books Are Magic [14] in Brooklyn, New York, to raise money for Everytown for Gun Safety [15]; the store will sell tote bags with an image designed by Ellis that reads “Melt the Guns,” and 100 percent of the proceeds will be donated to Everytown.
