New “Counterspeak” Episode Out Now [5]

A new episode of Counterspeak, the monthly podcast of the American Booksellers for Free Expression [6] (ABFE), is now available for download on BookWeb [7]Spotify [8], and iTunes [9]. In this installment, Director of ABFE, Advocacy, and Public Policy Dave Grogan offers a wrap-up of this year’s Banned Books Week, and explores the impact big technology companies such as Amazon, Facebook, and Google have on free speech.

Counterspeak is co-hosted by Grogan and American Booksellers Association Content Director Sydney Jarrard. The podcast addresses issues pertaining to free expression and the First Amendment.

Each month, Counterspeak features interviews with experts on the First Amendment and free speech, as well as discussions on relevant current events.
