Avoid the Day Bookstore, Bar, & Café [6] in Rockaway Beach, New York, is planning to open its permanent storefront next month [7].

After a series of pop-ups, Tombolo Books [8] in St. Petersburg, Florida, has opened its permanent location [9].

Volumes Bookcafe [10]’s second location is now open in Chicago, Illinois [11]. The store was also included in an article about independent bookstores thriving in the digital age [12].
