The American Booksellers Association’s special 2020 Winter Institute [5] room rate is no longer available for the Hilton Baltimore Inner Harbor or the Baltimore Marriott Inner Harbor at Camden Yards, which will both be home to a number of Winter Institute events. 

Booksellers looking to make hotel reservations or those who need to modify or cancel a current reservation should contact the front desk of their hotel rather than contacting ABA:

Reservations must be canceled 72 hours prior to the day of arrival to avoid a cancelation fee (one night room and tax to the credit card on file). No-shows will be charged one night room and tax.
