Here’s what’s happening in the world of indie bookstores this week:
Books Are Awesome! [6] in Parker, Colorado, is now open. It will host an open house on February 8.
Vroman’s Bookstore [7] in Pasadena, California, is opening a literature-themed wine bar [8].
City of Asylum [9] in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, has created four poet laureate posts, open to all Allegheny County residents [10].
Loyalty Bookstores [11] will partner with Willow, a clothing store in Washington, D.C., to bring a kids’ room pop-up to the unused space at the back of Willow [12].
