Should you have emergency support needs outside of these hours that cannot wait until the next business day, please follow the same procedures (email or call Sunrise) and the assigned after hours technician will address the ticket. Please note, there are typically additional fees for any after hours support so please ask for authorization from your superviser prior to placing a service call.
