The American Booksellers Association is continuing to prioritize transparency and clarity to better communicate with and serve members. To that end, the ABA Board of Directors [6] has voted to propose five bylaws changes for membership approval.

Each ABA member bookstore is asked to vote on these proposed changes via this voting form on BookWeb.org [7]. Booksellers will need to be signed in to BookWeb to cast their vote. One vote per store will be accepted.

Votes are due by 11:59 p.m. ET on Friday, November 20.
