IndieCommerce Institute (ICI) 2020 will be held on Tuesday, January 21, at Winter Institute (Wi15) in Baltimore. The schedule below is subject to change.

The IndieLite Seminar will include the following sessions:

Content Creation and Management
9:00 am – 10:30 am

Are you providing your site visitors with content they want and expect? We will walk you through the steps for creating rich content pages and an attractive front page, as well as working with blocks and menus. We will share best practices and tips from members on using weekly/monthly checklists for content management.

Order Processing
10:30 am – 12:00 pm

Do you have questions about how your online sales work? In this session, we will cover everything you need to know about order management, editing orders, communicating with customers, and reports. We will also discuss how your website interfaces with Ingram for Consumer Direct Fulfillment and how you can make the most of that feature.

Making the Most of Your IndieLite Website
12:00 pm – 1:00 pm

In this session, we will engage in a conversation about how to use your website as part of a larger marketing and social media strategy, tracking your web traffic using Google Analytics, and more.
