If booksellers missed the 2021 Open Enrollment Period for Affordable Care Act coverage, there are still options in 2021 as things have changed under the Biden Administration.

Membership with ABA ended on January 31, 2021, so booksellers are encouraged to complete their dues renewal form on BookWeb to ensure they continue to receive member benefits. 

ABA has announced five director candidates to stand for election to the ABA Board, as well as the board’s selection for president and vice president. Booksellers can petition to be added to the ballot.

Coffee Breaks on February 10, March 10, and April 14 offer booksellers a forum to share questions, comments, and concerns with the ABA Board of Directors.

Following the American Booksellers Association Board of Directors’ meeting this month, new association ends policies have been posted on BookWeb.

The Annual Meeting will take place at 2:00 p.m. ET with the Town Hall immediately following. ABA will provide details about the digital platform in the coming weeks.
