“Why Bestseller List Reporting Is Vital in 2020,” a virtual presentation, will look at the increase of online sales in the indie channel this year and why it has become more important than ever to report to the Indie Bestseller List and the New York Times bestseller list. The session will include panelists from the New York Times and NPD Bookscan, as well as breakout sessions by POS system to cover reporting logistics, including how to combine online and in-store sales.
