The entire building is smoke-free and uses no CFC-based refrigerants

The building uses existing city-wide chilled water and steam systems

All large motors used by the hotel are of variable frequency

Low-e window glass is used throughout the building to limit heat radiation

The hotel offers a “Conserve to Preserve” towel and sheet reuse program

The hotel implements a recycling program for used fluorescent lights and batteries
