Winter Institute 2020 ("the Institute") is a professional development event for bookseller members of the American Booksellers Association and sponsors of the Institute. The Institute is not a public event and all attendees must be registered prior to the start of the event. Any questions about registration can be directed to winterinstitute@bookweb.org.
Cancellation policy: Refunds will be given for cancellation requests received by 9:00 pm ET on November 22, 2019. Thereafter, there will be no refunds except if ABA cancels the event for any reason. All cancellation requests should be emailed to cancellation@bookweb.org.
