During the extended Thanksgiving day weekend, the IndieCommerce team will be actively monitoring the IndieCommerce and indieLite platforms. We will only be responding to critical customer support issues. A critical issue means your website is essentially broken and cannot take any orders and/or process any transactions.

New IndieCommerce Team Member
In October, Ben Hewitt joined the IndieCommerce team. Ben brings over 20 years of web development experience to IndieCommerce. He is a true bibliophile, and has the cats to prove it - six of them to be exact. Books, music, soccer and spending time with his family, and in nature, are some of his pastimes. He resides just over the border of Vermont in New York’s beautiful Washington County.
Thank You Murray
IndieCommerce customer support specialist Murray Sampson joined the IC team back in May of 2020 when the pandemic was at its peak and bookstores were struggling to keep up with online orders. At that time the customer support team was short staffed and we were being overwhelmed with requests for assistance from bookstores. Murray was an important part of the support team that helped us work through that critical time. Last week Murray left the IndieCommerce team to pursue other endeavors. We want to thank him for all he did for our members and wish him the very best.
