Children’s Institute Hotel Waitlist Opens [3]

The American Booksellers Association’s room blocks at the 2017 ABC Children’s Institute [6] host hotel, the Red Lion Hotel on the River, and the Oxford Suites Portland are currently sold out.

Registrants in need of a hotel room for the April 5–7 event in Portland, Oregon, can now add their names to the institute’s hotel waitlist [7] or make reservations with a nearby hotel [8]. Those on the waitlist will be notified on a first-come, first-served basis if rooms become available.

There is still time to register for the Children’s Institute [11], but space is limited and there is a maximum of five registrants per ABA member business. The Ci5 conference fee is $99 per bookseller.

Booksellers may cancel their Children’s Institute registration at any time by e-mailing [email protected] [12]. Cancellations received prior to March 1 are eligible for a full refund of registration fees; cancellations received on or after March 1 are not eligible for refund.
