The three stores with live Drupal sites are Vroman's Bookstore [9] in Pasadena, California; Literary Bookpost [7] in Salisbury, North Carolina; and RiverRead Books [8] in Binghamton, New York.

"We're very pleased to announce that three of our beta stores have now gone live," said Ricky Leung, director of ABA's E-Commerce Solution. "These three sites provide a clear example of the benefits the new system provides, and show how booksellers can create websites that are unique, informational, and user-friendly. Drupal provides users much more granular control over their own websites."

Over the last year, the ABA E-Commerce Solution has been migrating to Drupal, a content management system that provides more robust administrative tools, greater system stability, and the ability to roll out new features more quickly.

Leung stressed that any ABA E-Commerce store interested in participating in the beta program should contact Scott Nafz at (800) 637-0037, ext. 6654. A demo store is set up at cascade.indiebound.com [10], where "booksellers can see how easy it is to change the color scheme and layout by choosing a theme using the drop down menu on the homepage," Leung said.

Questions about the migration should be addressed to Leung at [email protected] [11].
