Winter Institute 11 [3] (Wi11) registrants whose plans have changed are asked to notify the American Booksellers Association as soon as possible, so booksellers on the waitlists for event registration [4] and reservations at the host hotel [5], the Sheraton Denver Downtown [6], can take their places.

Booksellers who are no longer planning to attend the institute are asked to contact ABA’s Winter Institute team [7] as soon as possible.

All Wi11 registrants who wish to cancel their hotel reservations or to have their names removed from the waitlist should contact ABA Meetings & Planning Officer Jill Perlstein [8].

Booksellers on the waitlists will be notified on a first-come, first-served basis if cancellations are received.
