Booksellers: Share Your Origin Story for #SaveIndieBookstores [5]

Save Indie BookstoresThe #SaveIndieBookstores campaign, which launched on April 2, has raised a total of $710,733 so far, and the campaign continues through April 30.

Booksellers who would like to share their origin story with the American Booksellers Association and be featured among fellow booksellers encouraging campaign contributions can send an email and a photo to [7]. See some examples in the Story Gallery [8] on the campaign website.

Booksellers are encouraged to visit the media kit [9] at [10] to see press coverage and access a variety of digital assets [11] to promote the campaign, including logos and social media images. Booksellers can also find reading-themed social media images in the Marketing Assets section of BookWeb [12].

To be considered for a grant, ABA member bookstores can visit [13] to fill out a short application through April 27.  Funds will be distributed to eligible stores by May 15.
