Getting to San Antonio

The hotel does not offer a shuttle, but has self-parking available for $10 a day. 

Other Airport Transportation

Taxi Cab Service: Taxi cabs are available at the lower level curbside, outside of baggage claim, at Terminal A & B. For assistance, please contact the Airport Ground Transportation employee (wearing red shirt). Fare to San Antonio downtown areas are approximately $25 to $29 per taxicab. Up to 6 may share a cab, if both luggage and passengers fit safely.

Airline Discounts

American Airlines – American Airlines is offering a 5% discount for travel between April 1 and April 12, 2014, to the San Antonio International Airport (SAT). Flights can be booked online at www.aa.com. Use the Authorization Number 7144BZ as the AA.com Promotion Code. Other restrictions may apply. Tickets purchased by calling the American Airlines Meeting Services Desk at 1-800-433-1790 are subject to a $25 reservation service charge.

Delta and Delta Connection – Reservations and ticketing is available via www.delta.com. When booking online, select Book A Trip, click on More Search Options and enter the meeting code (NMHTH) in the box provided on the Search Flight page.

Amtrak Discount

Amtrak offers a 10% discount off the best available rail fare to San Antonio, TX between April 3 and April 11, 2014.  To book your reservation call Amtrak at 1 (800) 872-7245 or contact your local travel agent.  Please be sure to refer to Convention Fare Code X10S-988 when making your reservation.  This offer is not valid on the Auto Train and Acela Service or on trips booked online.  Fare is valid on Amtrak Regional for all departures seven days a week, except for holiday blackouts.  Offer valid with Sleepers, Business Class or First Class seats with payment of the full applicable accommodation charges.
