Ci10 ACCESSIBILITY

ABA’s goal is to make meetings accessible and safe to all, and to accomodate any attendee’s visible or hidden disabilities. All meeting spaces are wheelchair accessible and the hotel has ADA guest rooms. Let us know of accommodations we can provide to make your institute experience more accessible.

Children’s Institute will also be providing two rest areas — a Quiet Room, and the MPIBA Hospitality Suite — where all are welcome. The Quiet Room is intended to provide a quiet, calm space where attendees can spend time away from noise, light, and other stimuli of conference spaces. The Quiet Room is not available for conversations or meetings.

For ADA compliant guest rooms, contact reservations at the resort. For all other requests, contact ABA’s Jill Perlstein [email protected]. All requests will be kept confidential.
