ABFE to Join Brooklyn Public Library Event
Associate Director of American Booksellers for Free Expression (ABFE) Philomena Polefrone will speak alongside 2025 Banned Books Week Ambassador George Takei and representatives from the American Library Association, PEN America, and more to rally support for the right to read across the United States at the Brooklyn Public Library event, “Unscripted: A Night Against Censorship.”
This event will take place on October 6, in the Grand Lobby of the Central Library at 10 Grand Army Plaza, Brooklyn, NY. Doors open at 6:00 pm ET.
