Summer/Fall 2025 Indies Introduce Featured Titles

ABA is proud to announce the titles selected for the Summer/Fall 2025 Indies Introduce program.

Each year, the Indies Introduce program brings booksellers together from across the US for conversation and connection centered around exciting upcoming debut adult, middle grade, and young adult titles.

"It's incredibly satisfying to have an organized way to critically think about and discuss new titles with fellow booksellers who GET IT, and even more satisfying to get to uplift these debut creators in a world where getting published is already an uphill climb!" said Kids’ panelist Heather Albinson of Wild Rumpus in Minneapolis, Minnesota.

“It was such an absolute blast and one of my favorite experiences as a bookseller! It is not as time consuming as I thought, and it was a great opportunity to meet more booksellers from across the country. It was also great to read outside of my comfort genres. I could not recommend it enough and I wish I could do it every year!” said adult panelist Nahin Cano of Seminary Co-Op Bookstore in Chicago, Illinois.

Once again this year, publishers are offering specials on all titles appearing on the lists.

For stores that have taken part in past Indies Introduce promotions, there’s no need to sign up to take advantage of publishers’ Summer/Fall 2025 offers. However, stores that are new to Indies Introduce must complete the Indies Introduce sign-up form by June 3 in order to participate in the program.

The Indies Introduce Kids' titles will be presented at Children’s Institute 2025 in Portland, Oregon. The presentation will be recorded and posted on BookWeb in the weeks after the event.
