Reporting area open from 3:00 pm ET Saturday, to 3:00 am ET Tuesday.
The Indie Bestseller List puts the diversity of independent bookstores on display. It is produced just two days after the end of the sales-week, and is the most current snapshot of what’s selling in indie bookstores nationwide. Hardcover, paperback, mass market and children's titles each are compiled into separate category lists.
The Indie Bestseller Lists are available for reprinting. Please contact Pete Reynolds for permission and credit details.
Stores should include only print sales (do not include digital audiobooks or ebooks) and can report electronically in one of three ways: manual entry, file upload, or through their POS via FTP. The reporting system is open to ABA bookstore members only.

The American Booksellers Association, a national not-for-profit trade organization, works with booksellers and industry partners to ensure the success and profitability of independently owned book retailers, and to assist in expanding the community of the book.
Independent bookstores act as community anchors; they serve a unique role in promoting the open exchange of ideas, enriching the cultural life of communities, and creating economically vibrant neighborhoods.
