June 30 Deadline for ABC “Best Books” Recommendations

Tuesday, June 30, is the deadline for members of the ABC Children’s Group at ABA to submit title recommendations for this year’s ABC Best Books for Young Readers Catalog. Titles may be submitted via a form on BookWeb.org or through Edelweiss.

Frontlist titles published between January and October 2015 will be the main focus of the catalog, which is scheduled to reach stores in early October. In order for the catalog to stay relevant year round, holiday titles will not be included.

A catalog order form will be available later this summer as will a list of featured titles.

This year’s cover art is from I Wish You More, written by Amy Krouse Rosenthal and illustrated by Tom Lichtenheld (Chronicle Books).
