Wholesaler Holiday Hours

With the holiday season upon us, most wholesalers will be extending their hours. Here's a rundown of the holiday hours as provided by major wholesalers.

From December 12 through December 20, Baker & Taylor's phone ordering hours for book product will be:

• Monday through Friday: 8:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. EST
• Saturday and Sunday: Noon - 6:00 p.m. EST
• On December 24, phone ordering and service hours will be 8:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. EST

Baker & Taylor will be closed on December 25 and will reopen on December 28.

From November 16 through December 24, Bookazine's ordering hours will be:

• Monday through Friday: 7:30 a.m. - 7:30 p.m. EST
• Saturday: 9:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. EST
• Sunday: 10:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. EST

Electronic and web orders are accepted 24/7. Bookazine will be closed on November 26, December 25, and January 1.

Orders received by the normal cutoff time Monday through Friday ship the same day; orders received between 12:01 a.m. Saturday and 6:00 p.m. Sunday receive priority shipping Monday morning and earn an additional one percent discount.

New York City local customers only: Orders received by 11:00 a.m. receive same day delivery available through December 24. Call your Bookazine representative for Saturday delivery schedule.

From November 30 through December 31, The Distributors holiday hours will be:

• Monday through Friday: 8:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m. EST

The Distributors will be closed December 25 and January 1.

Ingram Customer Care hours will not change, it will be open:

• 7:30 a.m. to 8:30 p.m. Central Time every day.

Ingram Book Group will be closed on November 26, December 25, and January 1.

Beginning November 30, Partners/East's holiday hours are as follows:

• Monday: 8:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m. EST
• Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday: 8:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. EST
• Friday: 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. EST

Electronic orders are accepted 24/7. Orders received by 3:00 p.m. are shipped the same day. Partners/East will be closed November 26, December 25, and January 1.

From November 30 through December 23, Partners/West's holiday hours will be as follows:

• Monday through Friday: 7:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. PST. All orders received by 3:00 p.m. PST ship the same day.
• Saturday and Sunday: 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. PST. Warehouse also is open for emergency order pick-ups.
• Electronic orders can be placed 24 hours a day.

Partners/West will be closing Christmas and New Year's Eve at 2:00 p.m. PST. It will be closed Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's Day. It will resume usual operating hours of 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. PST, Monday through Friday, on Friday, December 26.
