Title Recommendations for ABC “Best Books” Catalog Due June 30

The ABC Children’s Group at ABA is encouraging all member booksellers to submit title recommendations for this year’s ABC Best Books for Young Readers Catalog by June 30.

The catalog will feature predominantly frontlist titles published between January and October 2015. To remain useful year round, it will not include holiday books.

Titles may be submitted via a form on BookWeb.org or through Edelweiss. Recommendations submitted for the Kids’ Indie Next Lists will also be considered for the ABC catalog.

The 2015 ABC Best Books for Young Readers catalog is scheduled to reach stores in early October. A catalog order form will be available later this summer as will a list of featured titles.

This year’s cover art is from I Wish You More, written by Amy Krouse Rosenthal and illustrated by Tom Lichtenheld (Chronicle Books).
