Ski trip to Copper Mountain also still open

Just a few spaces are left for booksellers and international guests who are interested in Winter Institute 11’s half-day tour of Denver-area bookstores; the full-day tour is sold out.

The half-day tour departs at 12:15 p.m. on Saturday, January 23, from the Winter Institute host hotel, the Sheraton Denver Downtown Hotel, and includes stops at HearthFire Books & Treats in Evergreen, Tattered Cover at Aspen Grove, and The Bookies Bookstore. Both the full- and half-day tours will end at 5:30 p.m. at the Tattered Cover on Colfax Avenue for the Wi11 Opening Reception. Registration for the half-day tour will close as soon as it reaches capacity or by January 6, whichever comes first. Register for the half-day tour now.

There’s also still time for booksellers and publishers and their families and friends to register for the Après Institute Ski Trip to the Copper Mountain resort on Wednesday, January 27. The cost of $130 per person includes lift tickets and round-trip bus transportation from the Sheraton Denver Downtown Hotel. An equipment rental discount code and rental instructions will be provided to confirmed guests via e-mail prior to the trip. Meals are not included.
