ABA's Bookseller Lightning Talks series features booksellers presenting 5-10 minute talks on tech tools, organizational strategies, communication methods, or innovations they’ve made in their stores. Each presentation will be followed by time for Q&A and discussion. Lightning Talks take place on the second Thursday of every month. Our January meeting will feature: Emma Kaas of The Norwich Bookstore (Norwich, VT) on Conducting an Annual Inventory, Kelsy April of Bank Square Books (Mystic, CT) on Bringing Winter Institute Back to Your Staff, and Laura DeLaney of Rediscovered Books (Boise, ID) on Testifying In Committee
