Ryan Raffaelli is an assistant professor in the Organizational Behavior Unit at Harvard Business School. Professor Raffaelli examines how innovations transform industries, organizational reinvention, and leading change. His research introduces the concept of "technology reemergence," a process whereby mature organizations and industries faced with technological change reinvent themselves. He also studies how leaders infuse values and meaning into institutions during periods of instability. His work has been covered by such media as The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, The Economist, NPR, The Washington Post, The New Yorker, Fortune, CNBC, USA Today, and Rolling Stone.
