The American Booksellers Association (ABA), a not-for-profit trade association for independent bookstores, seeks a full-time eCommerce customer support specialist. This position is responsible for supporting users of ABA’s IndieCommerce service, an e-commerce platform hosting websites for over 500 independent booksellers.

ABA Seeks Member Relationship Manager

The American Booksellers Association is looking for an energetic, outgoing people-person who loves books and bookstores to become ABA's new Member Relations Manager (MRM). As MRM, you will be the primary contact person for bookstores and booksellers from across the country, and you will work with staff members in the Membership Department to ensure members' engagement and satisfaction with ABA benefits and resources. The ideal candidate has previous experience in the bookselling industry and is devoted to supporting the mission of indie bookstores everywhere.

Batch for Books, a wholly owned U.S. subsidiary of Batch Ltd seeks an experienced customer support representative for a new invoicing and payments platform for the independent bookstore channel.
