East City Bookshop seeks a part-time Online Sales Coordinator manage the store's growing online sales and subscription box programs. Applicants should have a love of reading, an ability to form a rapport with a variety of personalities and to work closely with other booksellers during the fulfillment process. Applicants should be available weekday mornings and have a high-level of comfort with back-end website operations, databases, and a variety of computer-related and online tasks. This position will serve as the primary point-of-contact for all questions or issues related to online sales.
This position is 20-25 hours per week, including 10-12 hours working on the floor as a bookseller. Candidates should note that extra time will be required between Thanksgiving and Christmas.
