The 2020 Winter Institute will take place at the Hilton Baltimore Inner Harbor, located at 401 West Pratt Street, and at the Baltimore Marriott Inner Harbor at Camden Yards, 110 S Eutaw Street, in Baltimore, Maryland. The hotels are directly across Pratt Street from each other.
The ABA room rate is no longer available and both blocks are currently closed until Wednesday, January 8, at 3:00 p.m. ET. After that date, guests are asked to contact the front desk of their hotel with any changes or cancellations rather than contacting ABA.
Reservations must be canceled 72 hours prior to the day of arrival to avoid a cancelation fee (one night room and tax to the credit card on file). No-shows will be charged one night room and tax.
For questions about accessibility or the hotels or to make a request, contact ABA Meetings & Planning Officer Jill Perlstein at (914) 406-7542 or email@example.com.
