E-mail to Explain Improvements to Gift Card Administration

Givex, Book Sense's partner in gift card processing, is migrating the current store administrative website to a more secure portal website. The new portal will add an extra level of security to the program's administration and transaction processing. Book Sense is also moving its gift card program fulfillment services to a company in the U.S. that will expedite card and presenter delivery times.

Participating stores should be on the lookout for an e-mail regarding these changes coming from Givex within the next few weeks. The e-mail will explain specific steps required to avoid a disruption of service.

Booksellers can learn more about the program's enhancements at the Book Sense Gift Cards Users Group Meeting at BookExpo America on Friday, June 1, at 10:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m. in Room 1B05 of the Javits Convention Center. Hands-on demonstrations will be featured in the ABA's Book Sense Lounge, Room 1E07/1E08, which is open Friday, June 1 - Sunday, June 3.
