Gathering Customer Input on the Picks

Booksellers in the Book Sense program are reminded that the March and April Book Sense Picks fliers will contain a short consumer survey designed to solicit important feedback regarding the Picks program.

As an incentive, consumers who complete the survey will be eligible to win all 20 titles featured in either the March or the April Picks fliers. One winner will be chose at random in both March and April, and each winner will be notified by Book Sense that he or she has won.

The consumer survey is also available online. Booksellers who would like to alert consumers to the survey in their stores' e-mail newsletters can use this URL to link to the survey: http://www.booksense.com/survey. Suggested copy is provided below.

In addition, booksellers have an extra week to return to ABA a short survey about the Book Sense Picks program. Surveys were included in the February Red Box mailing. Booksellers can also complete the survey online at www.bookweb.org/read/7619, or they can download it in PDF format by clicking here.

Completed surveys should be returned to Book Sense, Dept. S, 828 South Broadway, Tarrytown, NY 10591. They can also be faxed to (914) 591-2720.

Many thanks!
