Holiday Children’s Art Auction Kicks Off November 27

The American Booksellers Foundation for Free Expression (ABFFE) will launch an online auction of original children’s art on November 27.  The week-long eBay auction will feature work from leading artists and book illustrators.

The auction is the online version of the children’s art auctions held each year during BookExpo America.  Both auctions help support ABFFE’s defense of the free speech rights of kids.

“The auction will give people around the country a chance to support free speech by purchasing wonderful holiday gifts, ” said ABFFE President Chris Finan.

ABFFE is continuing to solicit art for the auction.  The deadline for submissions is November 16.  More information about contributing to the auction is available online.  A donation form has also been posted.
