Kobo Debuts New Aura H2O eReader
The New Kobo Aura H2O
On May 2, Kobo announced the newest addition to its lineup of eReaders: the Kobo Aura H2O, an updated version of the company’s waterproof eReader.
The new Kobo Aura H2O will retail for $179.99 and will be available in the United States as of May 22.
The eReader, available in black, features HZO Protection™, 8GB of storage for the ability to store up to 6,000 books, a 6.8" Carta E-Ink touchscreen display, and ComfortLight PRO technology to reduce blue-light exposure, which can interfere with sleep. See the Kobo Aura H2O fact sheet here.
“The new Kobo Aura H2O enables book lovers to read anywhere and everywhere they go — to make the most out of every day and while on their summer holidays. No splash, intentional or not, will dampen their reading experience,” said Michael Tamblyn, CEO of Rakuten Kobo.
Stores can order the new Kobo Aura H2O via the Kobo corporate site. ABA members that do not have a Kobo account should contact Kobo’s Natalie Jefferson.
Revenue Share Reports
Kobo revenue share reports for February 2017 and March 2017 have been completed. Stores will see the report on the Kobo Reporting Tool. Funds should show in store bank accounts shortly.
