Macmillan Extends Promotional Terms Offered to Indies for COVID-19 Response

On Wednesday, December 16, Macmillan Publishers announced it would extend the promotional terms offered to help support independent bookstores as they respond to the business challenges caused by COVID-19.

The Macmillan promotional terms, originally set to expire in December 2020, will now be extended through June 30, 2021, and include additional discounting offered on all orders placed and extended dating on orders.

Macmillan is also increasing event co-op offered for events through December 2021.

Macmillan distribution publishers Bloomsbury, College Board, Encantos, Guinness World Records (for 2020 and 2021 editions), Kingfisher, Macmillan Collectors Library, Media Lab, Page Street, Papercutz, Seven Seas, Sounds True, and Wattpad will also participate in the promotional terms.
