Still Time to Register for Spring “Owning a Bookstore” Workshop Retreat

The Bookstore Training Group of Paz & Associates will be offering a weeklong retreat for new and prospective bookstore owners from April 13 – 17, 2015, on Amelia Island, Florida. The “Owning a Bookstore” workshop is aimed at anyone looking for a professional training program focusing on successful strategies for launching and managing an independent bookstore.

Topics will include funding sources and start-up costs; choosing a location and driving traffic to your store; inventory selection, management, and merchandising; store design and layout; using technology to buy and create efficiencies; and more.

Workshop class sizes are kept small to enrich the discussion and to allow time for questions. Individual time with trainers is also available.
