Children’s Institute Registration Closed: Waitlist Forming

Registration for the 2015 ABC Children’s Institute (Ci3) is now closed; however, booksellers who would like to attend can add their names to a waitlist here. Booksellers on the waitlist will be contacted on a first-come, first-served basis if space becomes available.

Ci3 will be held Sunday, April 19, to Tuesday, April 21, at California’s Hilton Pasadena.

Booksellers who have registered but are no longer planning to attend are asked to contact the American Booksellers Association as soon as possible so waiting booksellers can take their places.

Ci3’s program includes three plenary sessions, a featured talk, 10 breakout sessions, five roundtable discussions, a reps’ speed dating lunch, an Author Reception, a Scholastic Meet & Treat After Party, a tour of Vroman’s Bookstore, and more.

ABA has also arranged a central meeting place and luggage storage for Ci3 registrants who are planning to attend the two-day Los Angeles Times Festival of Books on Sunday, April 19, just prior to the institute. The space — Board Room 201 on the second floor of the Radisson Hotel on the festival site, the University of Southern California, Los Angeles — will be available to Ci3 participants on Sunday from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
