Registration for the American Booksellers Association’s 2019 Winter Institute is at capacity. Registered booksellers who are no longer able to attend are asked to notify ABA as soon as possible so waiting booksellers can be offered a chance to register.

Event or tour registrations can be cancelled by e-mailing cancellation@bookweb.org. A full refund will be offered through November 16, after which no refunds will be given. Booksellers on the waitlist will be notified on a first-come, first-served basis if cancellations are received. 

All hotel reservations and cancellations must be coordinated through Albuquerque-based housing bureau HBC Event Services.

The 14th annual Winter Institute will be held January 22–25, 2019, at the Albuquerque Convention Center in Albuquerque, New Mexico. The event is sponsored by Ingram Content Group and publishers large and small. Questions about Wi14 can be sent to winterinstitute@bookweb.org.

Winter Institute is a professional development conference open to registered attendees only; it is not a public event.
