Wi11: Let ABA Know if Your Plans Have Changed

Printer-friendly versionPrinter-friendly version

Winter Institute 11 (Wi11) registrants whose plans have changed are asked to notify the American Booksellers Association as soon as possible, so booksellers on the waitlists for event registration and reservations at the host hotel, the Sheraton Denver Downtown, can take their places.

Booksellers who are no longer planning to attend the institute are asked to contact ABA’s Winter Institute team as soon as possible.

All Wi11 registrants who wish to cancel their hotel reservations or to have their names removed from the waitlist should contact ABA Meetings & Planning Officer Jill Perlstein.

Booksellers on the waitlists will be notified on a first-come, first-served basis if cancellations are received.

ABA member booksellers and their families who are planning to take part in the post-Winter Institute ski trip to the Copper Mountain Resort, scheduled for Wednesday, January 27, should make their reservations now. If the bus is not filled by November 13, ABA reserves the right to cancel the trip.

The price of $130 per person for the ski trip includes lift tickets and round-trip bus transportation from the Sheraton Denver Downtown to Copper Mountain. An equipment rental discount code and rental instructions will be provided to confirmed guests via e-mail prior to the trip. (Meals are not included.)
