Some authors will be autographing exclusively for ABA member booksellers in the ABA Member Lounge and Galley Room.

A variety of children’s book illustrators are donating original art from a published or forthcoming book to be auctioned off to raise money for ABFE and Every Child a Reader.

Formerly the Celebration of Bookselling Lunch, this year’s awards will be presented in a new format on the trade show floor.

At “Carrying Your Digital Marketing Campaigns Across Multiple Platforms,” booksellers will hear from three guest booksellers about how they manage and execute digital marketing campaigns at their stores.

Booksellers who need to cancel their hotel reservations for Children’s Institute are asked to contact ABA’s Jill Perlstein instead of calling the hotel.

The Book Industry Charitable Foundation (Binc) will have a table set up in the ABA Member Lounge, where staff will offer advice and freebies to booksellers who come by.

At the 2019 Adult, Young Adult, and Middle Grade Editors’ Buzz Panels, editors will discuss the upcoming titles they believe readers and the media will be buzzing about this fall.

Booksellers attending this month’s BookExpo are invited to schedule a time to talk at the show with David Grogan, the American Booksellers Association’s director of ABFE, advocacy, and public policy.

ABA programming at BookExpo this year will include bookseller discussion groups led by ABA Board members and roundtable discussions of various POS systems.
