Discount Coupons At a Glance

Discount coupons are a feature for IndieCommerce and IndieLite stores to offer discounts to customers in a variety of configuration options this holiday season.  Stores can create coupon codes for customers to use at checkout and track usage of those codes through the available Coupon Usage Report.

Please note that IndieLite stores have limitations with this feature in regards to the types of discounts available to be offered.

It’s important to keep in mind that depending on the law in your state, you may need to adjust how tax is calculated when a coupon is applied to an order.  Please see more details on our Discount Coupon Help Documentation here.

To get started on creating a coupon, IndieCommerce and IndieLite stores can navigate to Store > Coupons > Add New Coupon.  (If this path is not available on your site, please write to [email protected] and we’ll enable this feature.)
